Dartford are ready for a battle at Concord Rangers on Tuesday night.
Tony Burman's side will be up against a familiar face in Essex, with former Darts defender Adam Flanagan now in charge of the Beachboys.
Concord have taken six points from their first three games in Vanarama National League South while Dartford are looking to make it three matches unbeaten after a win and a draw.
Assistant manager said: "Steve (Mosely) has watched Concord. We've got a couple of our old players over there as well, Max Cornhill and James White, so we know a fair bit about them.
"They got off to a great start, so it'll be another battle over there.
"Let's hope we can build on the last couple of performances."
Striker Tom Bradbrook is a doubt for Dartford after being knocked unconscious during Satirday's 2-2 draw with Sutton, while full-back Lee Burns and forward Danny Harris are both some way from full fitness.
Sawyer said: "Burnsy has only been back for about 10 days. He's working really hard on his fitness and the next stage with Burnsy is that we need to get him playing some football.
"We need to sit down with Tony and discuss that, how we get Burnsy onto the next stage.
"Danny Harris should be back in training by about Thursday, so he's getting back in contention.
"We'll have to assess Tom and see how he reacts from Saturday's knock."
