Dartford midfielder Jacob Berkeley-Agyepong has had his red card overturned by the FA.
Berkeley-Agyepong was shown a red card 10 minutes from time in last Saturday's 2-0 home win over Slough by referee Greg Rollason.
But the FA's disciplinary department have upheld Dartford's appeal and the 22-year-old will not serve a suspension, which means he is available for this weekend's trip to Hungerford.
Dartford boss Steve King was not impressed with the decision, a view backed by the video evidence.
"It was shocking," said King. "If anything, it could have been a foul the other way.
"Jacob hasn't got a tackle in him, he is normally the one that gets fouled by people."
Berkeley-Agyepong, who joined the Darts from Aldershot in the summer on a permanent deal after impressing on loan last season, has been an ever-present to far, starting all 11 games.
