Dartford FC winger Ryan Hayes on the decision to drop him

Ryan Hayes has no complaints with being left out of the Dartford side for the title run-in.
Hayes came off the bench at East Thurrock on Tuesday night to set up the winner for Danny Mills.
The mercurial winger has been sidelined after Darts boss Tony Burman went for a change of approach in the run-in.
"We've changed it around to be more solid, and we do look that to be fair," said Hayes.
"Teams don't look like scoring from open play. The management have turned it around and a few of us have paid for that but all that matters is we get three points and move onto the next one.
"It's frustrating starting on the bench but you want to come on and help the team out. You've got to get your head on it and hopefully help the boys out."
Hayes played a key role for Dartford after coming on at East Thurrock and is looking at the bigger picture as the team increased the pressure on title rivals Havant.
"We don't care who scores or how it goes in," said Hayes. "We said before the game if we get a scrappy 1-0 then we'd take it, if we'd won 4-3 it didn't matter - the three points was the main thing.
"I know we're getting to that part of the season now where it doesn't matter how you win them, you've just got to win.
"I do understand (why I've been left out), the last couple of games have been away from home. Gloucester isn't the nicest of places to go to but we dug a result out. I'm there if called upon to come on and do a job."
Having apparently thrown away their title challenge once, Hayes and his team-mates are determined not to do it again.
"We know we let ourselves down at the end of February and we've been given a second chance - we don't want to let it go again," he added.
"It's a massive week and hopefully that's put a bit of pressure on (Havant) now. They've got three games left and they've got to win all three if we win on Saturday.
"Tony has said for five or six weeks to just concentrate on ourselves. Havant have slipped up and let us back into it and we've got to grab it with both hands and take the chance."
