DARTFORD'S new manager Tommy Sampson will lean heavily on departing caretaker boss Tony Burman for guidance in his first team selection at Stamford on Saturday. Burman, who made it clear that he did not want the job on a permanent basis, stepped down following last week's win over Burnham.
Sampson, who met the players for the first time at training on Tuesday, said: "Tony has been more than helpful in the transition and will have a big input into Saturday's side."
Sampson is expected to name an assistant and coach this weekend.
