Dartford are looking for new tenants at Princes Park.

Their groundshare deal with Greenwich Borough expires at the end of the season and the Southern Counties East League club have signed a 30-year lease to play at Cray Valley from this summer.

Greenwich started playing at Princes Park in 2013 and signed a two-year extension in April 2014.

Darts co-chairman Steve Irving said: "It’s a little bit of a blow, financially, but we’re on the lookout for a replacement.

"One or two people suggest the pitch is over-used but when you look back to the early days of Princes Park, we had Charlton ladies, our own reserves and youth team playing on it.

"Other sides would play on it more often than they do now so it’s certainly not over-used.

"From a financial point of view, it makes good sense to have the stadium used every weekend.

"We’re on the lookout for a replacement but there’s not many clubs out there that are looking for a new facility at the moment.

"If there’s anybody out there, they should get in touch and let me know. It’s a valuable asset that we’d be silly to turn down."
