Dartford have signed Tonbridge Angels striker Mikel Suarez.
The big target man could make his Darts debut against Skrill Premier leaders Luton Town on Saturday after making the step up from Skrill South.
Suarez hit the headlines in October 2012 when he ended up in a coma after a clash of heads with team-mate Lee Browning during a game.
His family flew over from Spain to be at his hospital bedside and Suarez eventually regained consciousness a week later.
This season, he hasn't been a regular starter for Tonbridge, with manager Tommy Warrilow more often going with smaller players in attack.
Suarez's arrival isn't the only bit of business Dartford have done at the end of the January transfer window.
They've extended the loan deals for Jim Stevenson and Rory McAuley, with both players now staying at Princes Park until the end of the season.
Luton midfielder Stevenson originally joined the Darts for a month at the end of November and that deal was subsequently extended for a second month.
Stevenson has played nine games during that time, scoring once, and he is now allowed to play against the Hatters on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Cambridge United defender McAuley's one-month loan spell had been due to expire next weekend.
He made his Darts debut in the 1-1 draw at Welling on January 10 and has made three appearances for Tony Burman's side so far.
