Beautiful babies, their parents and grandparents will cram into Deal Welfare Club in Cowdray Square this afternoon for the hotly contested baby show from 1.45pm.
There are various heats including prizes for the child who looks most like its parent and the glamorous granny title. Entry is £1 per adult. For details, pick up a programme.
This evening from 6pm, the Party on the Prom begins.
Deal will have a musical concert of its own with thousands flocking to the beach and the temporary stage at the apron of the Pier.
At 7pm the RNLI and HM Coastguard will give a rescue display on the water surrounding the pier. From 7.15pm is the Bank Buoy Scramble and at 7.30pm the fishing boat race takes off.
The Kingsdown Band will entertain from the stage, supported by the Bad Penny Band.
