Fire crews were called this afternoon to deal with a fire at Clarendon Place, Dover

A fire has broken out in the basement of a two-storey property in Clarendon Place.
Dover crews attended the scene at around 3.05pm and it is still being dealt with now.
Firefighters used breathing apparatus to put out the blaze in the basement and first floor of the property using two hose reels and a hydrant.
They used a pressure ventilation fan to clear smoke from the building.
There were no reported casualties and the cause it not yet known.
