Most houses come with fixtures and fittings... and maybe the odd carpet.
The owners of Castle Lodge are offering an added extra with a little more va-va-voom - a 1936 vintage car.
The grand home in Sandown Road, Deal, has been put on the property market – complete with a Roesch Talbot 105 speed sports car.
By complete coincidence, the car was built in 1936, the same year as the house, which has a guide price of £725,000.
Bernard and Judith Dore, who run a textile preserving business and have lived at Castle Lodge for 34 years, are moving to Cavalry Barracks in Walmer.
They bought the car in 1987. It was built by Georges Roesch, a top car designer whose cars won many races in the 1920s and 1930s, including the 24 hour Le Mans race.
It is believed to have been one of fewer than 100 Roesch cars ever built.
At auction, it is estimated the car would fetch between £20,000-£40,000.
Mr Dore, 66, said: “I will be sad to let it go. It is like driving a living museum.
“I used to drive it a lot, mainly in the summer, and I regularly took it to meetings. But I feel I am getting too old to be driving it.
“It is heavy on the steering, and you need to be quite strong to handle it. For example the sunroof can be opened... but by two strong men!
“Also, our new home doesn’t have a garage big enough for it. The garage at Castle Lodge is enormous, and the car almost fills it.

“So with selling the house, it seemed like a good time to sell the car as well.”
Mr Dore added: “It is purely coincidence that the car was built in the same year as the house. We only realised when we exchanged documents.”
Castle Lodge takes its name from the fact that it is near the ruins of Sandown Castle.
The property is also next to the Royal Cinque Ports golf course, which has just staged the Amateur Championship.
Features to the property include original curved windows and oak doors, coved ceilings, oak flooring, and a 36’ drawing room.
There is also a large dining room, a well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room, conservatory, four bedrooms and another room which could be used as a bedroom, plus bathroom and shower room, garage, parking and sheltered gardens.
The property is being marketed by Bright & Bright.
