A group of health experts who want to get the residents of Dover fitter and healthier are holding a free session in the town this Thursday.
The 24FITCLUB one-hour event is being held at Elms Vale Recreation Ground from 7-8pm.
Sessions throughout Kent are being sponsored and organised by local Independent Herbalife Distributors and the Dover session is being run by Clinton McTaggart (pictured).
"These free fun clubs are for anyone at any level of fitness and age," said Mr McTaggart. "We look forward to helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
"All people need to do is to come along, with a bottle of water and a great attitude."
The Herbalife representatives say they are concerned about the number of people who are not fit and who are overweight, and they want to do something about.
"We want to give something back to the community," said Mr McTaggart. "We may not be able to turn people into Olympians, but we can certainly help get them into better shape."
He will also be talking to people about nutrition and healthy eating.
