Deal maintained an unbeaten record in Kent Open Premier A with a 2-2 draw against Canterbury Millers on Saturday.
Missing some regular players, Deal captain James Bolt opted for changed formation of 3-4-3.
His side started in confident fashion but at the end of the first half Canterbury got a lucky break with a deflected shot into the Deal goal.
Deal pressed strongly at the start of the second half and were rewarded with a goal from Foot. Canterbury then responded with a second goal, but Deal equalised once again.
The side remain third in the table and on Saturday are at home to Holcombe 3As.
Deal 2nds, with just nine players, lost their unbeaten tag, losing 1-0 at Old Williamsonians.
