Dover Athletic 0 Hampton & Richmond Borough 1

Dover Athletic's Blue Square Bet South play-off chances suffered another setback on Tuesday with a 1-0 home defeat at the hands of Hampton & Richmond.
It was Whites' second home reverse in the space of four days, following Saturday's 4-0 humiliation by Staines, and was watched by a gate of 525 - the lowest league attendance at Crabble this season.
Dover's lethargic first half performance suggested they were still suffering a hangover from the Staines game, and they could have few complaints when they went in at the break trailing to a 32nd-minute strike from Dave Tarpey.
There was more urgency from the home side in the second half, led by Donovan Simmonds (pictured) who produced two or three charging runs down the left flank.
But Whites were unable to find any end product in the penalty area, and at the final whistle the Hampton & Richmond players and officials were able to celebrate gaining an unexpected three points in their relegation battle.
