Dover Athletic 2 Eastbourne Borough 2

Dover Athletic were denied a Bank Holiday Monday win at Eastbourne Borough by an injury-time equaliser in a 2-2 draw in Blue Square Bet South.
A week after they came from behind to draw 1-1 against Borough at Crabble, Michael Corcoran put the visitors infront after just five minutes, meeting a corner with a diving header at the back-post.
However the hosts levelled against the run of play midway through the first half when Gary Hart strode through and beat Mikael Jaimez-Ruiz after appeals for offside were waved away.
Athletic dominated the second half and Terry Dixon (pictured) looked to have secured the points for Whites 13 minutes from time with a header from a James Walker cross.
However Hart pounced in the dying seconds to snatch a point with a header after a fast break by the hosts, who had been pinned back for long periods.
The point took Dover within three of the play-off places in sixth, but they have played two more games than fifth-placed Sutton United.
