Voters going to the polls next month for a new member of Deal Town Council face a choice of three candidates, either a Tory, Lib-Dem or Labour Party member.
Nominations closed on Friday and the election for the north ward takes place on Thursday, February 9.
The line-up is Robin Hook, age 60, of Harold Road, a Liberal Democrat; the Conservative candidate is Amber Blackwell, 25, of Quern Road, Deal; and the Labour Party's nomination is Ian Killbery, 64, of Western Road, Deal.
For full details about the three, as well as their hopes for the town if they are elected, see the East Kent Mercury, Thursday, January 19.
