Dover boss Martin Hayes will use the club’s last pre-season friendly against Cray Wanderers on Friday to make final decisions on his squad ahead of the Blue Square Bet South opener at Woking on Saturday week.

Whites were due to play Bognor at the weekend but a function at the ground has forced a late change.

Hayes, pictured, blamed poor finishing and good goalkeeping by Margate’s Jamie Turner for Dover's goalless draw at Crabble on Tuesday.

He said: "We had around 450 there and it was probably the most one-sided 0-0 draw they had seen.

"We created lots of chances but didn’t score. Apart from that, though, I was happy with most other things. We played well, passed the ball nicely and didn’t give too much away at the back."

Goalkeeper Lee Hook and trialists Jackson Ohakam, Harry Baker, Luke I’Anson, Elliott Charles and Kane Rice were all given a run-out and look set to feature against Cray.

Dover lost 1-0 at Carshalton on Saturday to an own goal by on-loan defender Bobby Aisen.
