Dover Athletic manager Chris Kinnear refusing to look ahead as race for Blue Square Bet South promotion hots up

Dover Athletic manager Chris Kinnear insists he will continue to take one game at a time as his side prepare for the Blue Square Bet South play-offs.
Whites secured their place in the end-of-season promotion shake-up with Tuesday’s 2-0 win at Staines Town.
The target now for Kinnear’s side is to win their final league game at Bromley on Saturday, which will guarantee they finish third and secure home advantage in the second leg of the semi-finals.
But Kinnear, who has never previously been involved in a play-off scenario during his long managerial career, insisted: "We won’t be doing anything different.
"I think that’s the secret really, just to concentrate on winning the next game and not worry about what might happen two or three games down the line.
"I was always confident that we would get to the play-offs because we had only lost once in 16 games before Tuesday night and getting that away win will just give the boys a little bit more confidence going into the play-offs.
"The idea now is to try to win on Saturday because being at home in the second leg would be a help, although it doesn’t worry me too much."
