Man charged with assault after Dover incident

A man's been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent after an incident in Dover on Thursday.
Kevin Roe, 47, of Herbert Street, Dover, was charged yesterday, and will appear before magistrates tomorrow.
Three other people have been arrested and released without charge.
