Police are trying to find a man who broke in to a car and was seen sleeping inside the vehicle last night.

Officers were called shortly before 7.30am to Mill Road in Deal.

They had received a report a man was sleeping in a car that did not belong to him parked in the road.

When officers arrived the man had already disappeared.

A spokesman said inquiries are taking place to try and find out the circumstances of the incident and to locate the man.
