Man, 68, hit by car as he walks in Crabble Hill, Dover

A pensioner was taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car in Crabble Hill, Dover.
The 68-year-old pedestrian was knocked to the ground just before 5.30pm last night, near the junction with London Road.
He was taken to Kings College Hospital in London, and the road was closed until 8.50pm for police to carry out their investigation.
