A 31-year-old Margate man has been arrested following the theft of a pair of trousers from Marks and Spencer in Dover.
Roy Christopher Brown of Fort Crescent, Margate, was charged with theft over trousers worth £29.50 on Saturday.
He was released on bail and will attend Folkestone Magistrates Court on March 13.
