The P&O Ferries choir will be taking up a new challenge and starring in a hit BBC Two programme.
The Choir: Sing While You Work is an eight part series which puts five British organisations through their choral paces in an effort to be named best workplace choir.
The P&O Ferries choir features ships officers, chefs, stewards, warehouse and HQ staff from both sides of the channel.
The show is run by choir master Gareth Malone OBE who is on a mission to unite businesses through song.
For the first time throughout the series he will challenge the choir to perform in both French and English.
Mr Malone said: “It’s been amazing to return to Britain’s workplaces for a second series of The Choir: Sing While You Work. I’ve pushed the choirs even harder this year and the musical standard has been even higher, with some truly outstanding performances.’’
The show will air on Monday at 9pm on BBC Two.
