A police car has smashed into the wall and railings of a house.
The crash happened in Deal earlier this afternoon.
The vehicle has been pictured at the junction of St Richards Road and Lydia Road.
Bricks are scattered across the pavement and the metal railings have been dislodged.
Another picture, taken by Mitchell Lawrence, shows one of the police car's wheels has been buckled by the impact.
Mr Lawrence says he did not witness the crash - but in the aftermath he did see an officer knocking on the door of the house when he drove past.
A spokesman for Kent Police said the car had been on patrol at the time and enquiries are being made to find out why it smashed into the wall.
The spokesman said: "Shortly before 5.25pm a Kent Police vehicle on patrol was involved in a collision with a wall at the junction of Lydia Road and St Richard’s Road, Deal.
"Nobody was injured in the incident and enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the collision."
