Police seek man who approached girl

Police have released an e-fit of a man they want to talk to after a girl was approached on Dover seafront.
The girl was walking her dog with two friends when the man stopped and stroked the dog and then got hold of its collar, preventing the 13-year-old from walking away.
The girl, who lives in Dover hit the man, forcing him to let go and the girls ran off. The incident happened at about 5pm on Sunday July 11.
The man is aged between 40 and 50 and has tattoos on both arms.
