A calorie busting two-hour spinathon is set to kick off the fundraising events for this year's Mercury Charity of the Year.
Martha Trust has partnered with Dover District Leisure Centre, Kerrie Stoner and Vicky Mitford to deliver the event from 2pm on Saturday, February 8.
Participants can choose to sign up for the spinathon, an aerobic session or both.
Fundraising and events officer Kerry Banks BEM said: "We are very excited to be launching this new event for 2020 and are incredibly grateful to the leisure centre for donating the event space.
"We'd also like to thank Kerrie and Vicky for donating their time and talent to deliver the sessions.
"We really encourage people to raise sponsorship if they can as all the monies raised goes directly into the care of our very special residents and will make such a difference to their lives."
The spinathon costs £10 and the aerobics session is £7.50, or pay £15 for the two.
There will also be a raffle on the day.
To sign up call the fundraising team on 01304 610448.
