Firefighters have tackled a small
fire in the roof of a terraced house in a conservation area in
Deal.
Two appliances and both crews
from the Deal Fire Station attended the blaze in North Street
after receiving the call at 9.53am on Friday, October 23.
Firefighters used a hose reel to
tackle the blaze and a thermal imaging camera to find the seat of
the fire.
The blaze was brought under control
at 10.08am, and a crew remained at the scene to check that it was
out and the area was safe.
The cause is being investigated.
