Teens rescued after being cut off from tide

A group of teenagers had to be rescued after they were cut off by the tide at Dover.
The Coastguard was called at about 3.45pm yesterday after a member of the public saw the seven youngsters in trouble at Langdon Battery.

A Belgian helicopter was scrambled and winched the teenagers to safety.
The Coastguard is urging people to check tide times before venturing out along the base of the cliffs.
