Town centre assault: police appeal for witnesses

Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident in Dover town centre.
It happened at the junction of Pencester Road and Biggin Street at about midday on Friday July 13.
It has been reported that a young man driving a green Seat Ibiza, who had stopped at the traffic lights at the junction, was punched in the neck by another motorist who got out of a car behind him.
The 17-year-old victim, who is from Dover, did not need to go to hospital.
The other driver is described as aged between 30 and 50, heavily built and bald. His vehicle was a dark-coloured Citroen people carrier.
