The reason behind a care assistant's death at home remains unknown.
Mary Bunyan, 56, was found unconscious and not breathing on her bedroom floor in Trinity Place, Deal on September 20, after a neighbour grew concerned having not seen her for weeks.
However, an inquest opening at the Archbishop's Palace in Maidstone heard a post-mortem was unable to establish the cause of the widow's death.
Assistant coroner Joanne Andrews adjourned a full inquest until March 10.
