Dover Athletic boss Chris Kinnear added another new face to his squad this week when experienced Terrell Forbes signed at Crabble.
Forbes, who turns 32 on the first day of the new Conference South season, has played more than 450 Football League games for the likes of QPR, Yeovil and Leyton Orient.
He was released by Chesterfield in January and finished last season in League 2 with Aldershot Town.
Kinnear said: “He’s experienced and that was what we needed. Last year we had quite an experienced bunch but this year I’ve got quite a young side.
“It’s been a busy time for me because we haven’t got a settled side. There’s a little bit more to do but that’s all part and parcel of football.”
Dover continue their pre-season on Saturday with a fourth straight home game against AFC Hornchurch, before Kinnear takes his side to Whitstable Town on Tuesday night.
