Dover moved to within one place of the Skrill South play-offs with a comfortable win over Gosport on Saturday.
The FA Trophy finalists went close early on through Jamie Brown before Nathan Elder's volley was brilliantly saved by Nathan Ashmore at the other end.
Dover took the lead on 17 minutes when Barry Cogan (pictured) crossed for Tom Murphy to head home from close-range.
Murphy went close to a second goal, shooting just wide, before Ian Richardson brought down Elder in the box and Cogan converted the penalty.
It was 3-0 on 75 minutes when Liam Bellamy curled a shot beyond Ashmore from the edge of the area.
The win leaves Chris Kinnear's side sixth, two points behind fifth-placed Weston-super-Mare with three games in hand.
