An air ambulance landed in a park after a medical incident sparked a large emergency services response.
Police and paramedics were called to an area near Douglas Road in Tower Hamlets, Dover, at 6.35pm yesterday.
Witnesses have told how the air ambulance helicopter touched down in Tower Hamlets park.
A police spokesman said: “Patrols were called to a medical incident near Douglas Road, Dover at 6.35pm yesterday.
“Officers attended the scene, where they assisted paramedics.”
Police have since confirmed that no criminal offences were reported in relation to the incident.
