A man has been arrested after a window was broken.
It happened in Dover High Street shortly after 10pm last Friday.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "A man who allegedly broke a window was arrested shortly afterwards after he was seen acting suspiciously by officers on patrol.
"The patrol was on duty in the town’s High Street shortly when they saw the man walking in an aggressive manner towards a member of the public."
The bystander was not harmed.
Jack Walker, 26, of no fixed address, was charged with criminal damage. He is due to appear before Folkestone Magistrates Court on June 1.
