Comedian Nathan Cassidy to perform garden show at Louis Armstrong, Dover

Award-winning comedian and host of the Psycomedy podcast Nathan Cassidy will perform stand-up in outdoor show in Dover .
Usually famed for its live music, the Louis Armstrong in Maison Dieu Road, welcomes Nathan and his uplifting, multi-award nominated and internationally performed show about his magical, life changing year… 2019!
Mr Cassidy said: "The show is an uplifting true story and it couldn’t be a better time to do it, giving some laughs and hope to people as they emerge from lockdown.
"It was great to be the first live UK comedy show after lockdown at the Buxton Fringe, and to be the only live comedy show at the Edinburgh Fringe 2020 was a great thrill and privilege."
Sarah Bowles, co-owner of the Louis, said: "After inheriting the pub from our jazz enthusiast parents Bod and Jackie Bowles, my sister Jane Bowles and I are looking to support both music and comedy at the pub.
"I am a stand up comedian so I'm keen to provide more gigs for comedians both locally and from the London circuit."
The two and a half hour show is called Observational and Roses From Joe.
It takes place on Sunday August 30, at 5pm.
Entry is free in exchange for donations after the show.
