Bus fire in Mill Lane in Shepherdswell treated as 'suspicious'

Firefighters spent almost an hour tackling a 'suspicious' bus fire in a village.
Crews were called to reports of the vehicle alight in Mill Lane in Shepherdswell, near Dover , 3.50pm yesterday.
Two fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus took 50 minutes to extinguish it.
There were no reported casualties and the cause of the fire is being treated as suspicious.
A spokesman said: "Kent Police was called to a report of a bus on fire before 4pm on Friday, September 18.
"Officers attended to assist Kent Fire and Rescue Service at the scene in Siberts Close, Shepherdswell near Dover.
"The cause of the fire is currently being treated as suspicious and enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances.
