An urgent appeal has been launched to find a man who disappeared three weeks ago amid growing concerns for his welfare.
Officers believe Ahmed Nidal Dabbour could be in Dover, having not been seen since Thursday, December 22.
The 21-year-old, from Colchester in Essex, was due to fly to Jordan two days before Christmas, but never arrived.
A police spokesman said: "Following initial enquiries, officers believe Ahmed was last in the Dover area and there are growing concerns for his welfare.
"Mr Dabbour is of a medium build and has a Middle Eastern appearance, with short black hair, brown eyes, and a beard or stubble.
"It is believed he was wearing a khaki jacket, blue jeans, and black trainers with white soles at the time of his disappearance."
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call 999, quoting the reference number 10-0802.
