Walmer lifeboat crews rescued a dog which had gone over the cliff edge at Fan Bay, near Dover.
RNLI volunteers were paged just after 3pm yesterday to help with the incident, quickly launching their D class lifeboat Duggie Rodbard.
The crew went to the area given by the coastguard and were able to recover the dog and return it to its owners at Walmer’s lifeboat station.
