Ex-Take That drummer Steve Washington Tate of Dover to appear in court accused of stealing leg of lamb

Take That’s former drummer, Steve Washington Tate is set to appear before magistrates after allegedly stealing a joint of lamb.
Mr Tate, of Edred Road, Dover faces allegations of stealing meat worth £14.99 from the Co-op store in Cheriton High Street, Folkestone.
He played alongside Take That’s band members Gary Barlow, Jason Orange, Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Robbie Williams in the height of their fame in the 1990s.
He also went on tour with Texas in 2001, and has performed with Whitney Houston.
He has been charged with theft and released on bail to appear before Folkestone magistrates on May 12.
