Dover Castle is preparing to once again hit the big screen as film crews have been spotted around the town.
White trailers have appeared in a car park along the A20, near Woolcomber Street and opposite the Travelodge hotel, and around the Grade I-listed castle.
It's understood the location is being used to film a new TV period drama, although no other details have yet been confirmed.
In a statement on Facebook, English Heritage, which runs Dover Castle, said: "Not for the first time, our majestic castle is hitting the silver screen.
"There’s some filming taking place at Dover Castle from August 30 to September 16.
"As a result, the basement area of The Great Tower is closed throughout that period. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
"From September 4 to 9 tickets to Dover Castle are half price.
"There will be restricted access to the Keep Yard and Great Tower and on some days they will be closed completely.
"The Secret Wartime Tunnels, Underground Hospital, Port War Signalling Station and Roman lighthouse will all be open for you to explore."
In February, Margate was used as the backdrop for Empire of Light starring Olivia Coleman and Micheal Ward.
Much of the film - directed by Sam Mendes - was shot in Margate, with Dreamland's former cinema transformed into a stylish retro picturehouse.
The movie's production created a huge buzz and provided a £4 million boost to the town's economy.
