Hunt for husband after wife is found strangled

DETECTIVES want to trace 34-year-old Neil Fraser after they discovered his wife's body at her home in Cedar Terrace, Selkirk Road, Dover. A post mortem revealed that Michelle Fraser, a 30-year-old a mother of four, had been strangled.
Mr Fraser is described as being 5ft 11in tall, with dark blond, or brown hair. He is believed to be driving a red Ford Sierra. Police say they are concerned for his health and safety.
Mrs Fraser, whose father, Mike, is an ex-policeman and ambulance driver, was brought up in Deal. She moved to Dover about seven years ago with her children Charlotte, 12, Jamie, 11, and nine-year-old twins Neil and Dominic. The body was discovered on Friday.
