A Volkswagen Transporter caused delays on the A258 Dover Deal Road this morning after it rolled onto its side.
Police were called at 10.16am to the scene which was only yards away from the St Margaret's turning.
Everyone managed to get out of the vehicle safely and no paramedics were required.
A police spokeswoman said that the driver was a "little shaken up" after the incident.
The vehicle was in the middle of the road blocking traffic travelling in both directions and was also spilling fuel.
It is not known how the vehicle came to be on its side.
Officers assisted with traffic control as the vehicle was recovered.
The road was cleared by 11.50am.
