Dover: Man attacked in Dour Street by three thieves who took his phone

A man was allegedly assaulted after chasing the men who stole his phone, prompting a police investigation.
At about 1am on Saturday, December 29, three men spoke to the victim - in his 20s - who was walking along Dour Street.
He said they tried to engage him in conversation as he walked past the group, then one of the men grabbed his phone from his pocket and they ran away.
The victim pursued them, but was reportedly assaulted in the process.
The suspected trio were described as being North African, aged between 17 and 20 years old and wearing hooded tops.
Investigating police officers would like to speak to any witnesses or anyone with information as soon as possible.
