Josh Card charged with breaching non-molestation order after armed police called to Pioneer Road, Dover

A man has been charged with breaching a restraining order after armed police were called to a residential street.
Josh Card, of Pioneer Road, Dover is accused of contacting a woman he was banned from doing so by a non-molestation order.
It comes after police were called to his road on Wednesday, November 1 after concerns were raised for a woman’s welfare.
Officers arrived at the scene and found the woman safe and well.
A police spokesperson said: “Following an investigation into the incident by East Kent VIT officers, Josh Card, 30, of Pioneer Road, Dover, was charged with contacting a woman he was prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order.
“He was also charged with a public order offence against a police officer.”
Card was due to appear at Margate Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
