POLICE are trying to discover how a 37-year-old man suffered serious head injuries in Dover at the weekend.

Officers were called to the car park at the Aldi supermarket in Cherry Tree Avenue on Saturday night when the man was found.

Police cordoned off the area for more than 12 hours as forensic officers searched for clues. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on Dover (01304) 240055.
