Six migrants in broken down dinghy rescued by French and brought to Calais

Six migrants were rescued when their dinghy's engine broke down at sea.
The group was found drifting two miles off the Cap Blanc Nez cliffs near Calais yesterday at 8.20am GMT.
Members of a French sea rescue brigade went out in their vessel to help them.
The migrants were taken to the port of Calais by 1pm GMT where they were handed to border police.
The French maritime authority préfecture maritime de la Manche et de la mer du Nord said that members of the group had mild hypothermia but were otherwise safe and sound.
The rescue was by the nautical branch of France's Gendarmerie.
This incident was on the same day a total 21 migrants were found in the Dover area, some at the Eastern Docks and some just off the coast.
