Pensioner robbed in Maison Dieu Road Dover

An elderly woman was robbed of her bag on her own doorstep as she returned from a shopping trip in Dover.
The pensioner, who was in her 80s and uses a walking trolley, fell to the floor during a brief struggle with the thief, who made off with her bag.
It contained cash, bank cards, a mobile telephone and various other personal possessions.
Police are appealing for information about the robbery, which is reported to have happened between 5.15pm and 6pm on Friday, February 24 in Maison Dieu Road.
The man was described as wearing white trousers or jeans, and possibly had something covering his face as his voice was muffled.
