Kent Police carry out inquiries as man is injured before crash in Harold Street, Dover

A man was taken to hospital with injuries sustained prior to a car crash in Dover on Saturday afternoon.
Police officers were called to Harold Street at 2.55pm followiing reports of a crash involving one vehicle.
A force spokesman said a man was found with wounds believed to have been sustained in "an altercation" with another person prior to the crash.
The injured man was taken to hospital where is injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Officers are carrying out inquiries in the area.
