Coastguard searches for missing swimmer in Dover Harbour

A search has for a missing swimmer in a busy harbour has been stood down.
The search and rescue helicopter from Lydd joined the coastguard in scouring Dover Harbour.
An eyewitness said: "They are circling around the harbour looking.
"They are saying a swimmer has been reported missing."
A costguard spokeswoman said: "We received a call just before 4pm today reporting a swimmer in difficulty in Dover harbour.
"Langdon Battery coastguard rescue team was sent, along with Dover RNLI lifeboat and the HM Coastguard helicopter from Lydd and the Harbour Launch."
There have been no reports of anything found.
