When a kind family gave a singing group some food after they had been stuck in traffic near Dover for hours, they treated them to a song or two.
Hannah Lorraine and her family pulled their car over on the bridge near Capel-le-Ferne and threw food down to a group of people below.
She said: "Unbeknownst to us it was a singing group and after cheering they broke out into this lovely song. They handed out the food we gave them to families with small children too.
"Such sweet happy people, and after being stuck since 11am that is admirable!"
Mrs Lorraine said it was nice to see such an uplifting scene after the traffic chaos that dominated Dover at the weekend.
There were holdups as long as 12 hours on Saturday with food and water delivered to stranded motorists.
It was due to heightened security checks following the massacre in Nice.
