Strike action in Calais is causing delays at the Port of Dover.
P&O Ferries is warning passengers leaving Kent this morning to expect disruption, with the next sailing to France not due to depart until 12.35.
DFDS Seaways has suspended crossings between Calais and Dover, and is telling UK-bound passengers to head to Dunkirk to be transferred to the next available service.
It says it is running a normal service from Dunkirk.
Strike action is being taken by French Port Control workers, as part of a national day of action by civil servants across France.
