Teenager, 19, accused of breaking man’s arm in reported Dover robbery

Detectives have charged a 19-year-old alleged to have broken a man’s arm in a reported robbery.
Ladywell police station officers in Dover heard a commotion outside on July 15.
A teenager allegedly broke a man’s arm and left him with bruising while trying to steal his mobile phone.
Officers intervened and helped the victim to safety.
Barzan Kadir, of no fixed address, was arrested on July 16 and charged with attempted robbery.
He appeared at Margate Magistrates’ Court on July 17 and was bailed to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on August, 19.
